Joseph F. Campagna

Mr. Campagna is the Chairman and co-founder of TransCapital Corporation. Under his direction, the firm expanded its services to include investment and merchant banking, aerospace and structured finance, and investment advisory. Prior to co-founding TransCapital, Mr. Campagna was a consultant to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. Mr. Campagna earned a BA in Logic from the College of William & Mary.

Michael D. Parker

Mr. Parker is the Chief Operating Officer of TransCapital Corporation. Prior to joining TransCapital, Mr. Parker founded and managed a commercial real estate firm specializing in net lease properties. He received his BBA from the University of Notre Dame and his JD from the Catholic University of America.

James D. Howard, Jr.

Mr. Howard is Managing Director of TransCapital Corporation. Before joining TransCapital in 2001, Mr. Howard held the position of Chief Operating Officer of a national real estate development firm specializing in tax-advantaged investments for over five years. Mr. Howard also served as a partner in the law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy P.A. in phoenix, Arizona where he specialized in complex real estate finance transactions. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Georgetown University Law Center.

Jeroen van Ek

Mr. van Ek is the Chief Operating Officer of TransCapital Investment Group LLC. Prior to joining TransCapital, Mr. van Ek served as Group President for Commerce One/AppNet. Mr. van Ek has also held senior positions at Software AG/SAGA Software, Insight Consulting and Proudfoot Productivity Management. Mr. van Ek received an MS degree in Information Management from Enschede Polytechnic in the Netherlands.

James F. Palumbo

Mr. Palumbo is Managing Director of TransCapital Investment Group LLC. Mr. Palumbo previously held regulatory, investment advisory and senior management positions at the NASD/NASDAQ, Sallie Mae, Connie Lee, and New York Life. Mr. Palumbo holds an MBA in Finance from Washington University's John M. Olin School of Business and a BA in Economics from Lake Forest College. He is a member of AIMR and the Washington Society of Investment Analysts.

Donald G. Butler

Mr. Butler is the Executive Vice President and co-founder of TransCapital Corporation. He also serves as President of AirCapital and manages the acquisition, structuring and marketing of commercial aircraft leases. Mr. Butler received his Business Education at the University of New York, Baruch Business School.
